What is "Soft Play"?

Soft play is a form of activity for young children made up of a variety of soft, mostly foam-based toys and equipment.

💡 Whilst being incredibly fun for the children this particular style of play is also based around the montessori educational approach which emphasizes child-centered learning.

🧸 Due to all of the toys being soft, it allows even small toddlers and babies to explore independently while remaining safe.

Where do you deliver?

Our prices include delivery within Prague, however, we are also happy to deliver to other locations in the Czech Republic. For deliveries outside of Prague please email us on info@softplay.cz or call us on +420 602 779 521

Is there a deposit?

We charge a fixed, fully refundable deposit of CZK 3.000 for small sets and CZK 5.000 for large/full sets.

The deposit will be payable upon delivery of the equipment on the day of the rental and can be paid in cash, via bank transfer from a Czech bank (QR code), or via Revolut.

The deposit will be returned to the customer once the equipment has been collected and inspected.

Are there any age limitations?

There is no minimum age limit - we leave this up to the discretion of the parents.

The maximum age for our soft play equipment is 6 years old.

Can I rent for multiple days?

Of course! For bespoke rental enquiries please send us an email on info@softplay.cz or call us on +420 602 779 521.

Who will be responsible for the children?

The person renting the equipment will be responsible.

We always encourage maximum fun but with maximum safety!

Currently, Soft Play CZ only provides a rental service and as such every customer is obligated to sign a waiver before we hand-over the equipment.

Please ensure that children using the equipment are always be monitored by a responsible adult.

Can I rent during winter?

Absolutely! The weather should not get in the way of our little ones' fun so we offer our services all year-round.

In order to keep everyone safe and protect the equipment, we do have some basic rules regarding the seasons:

☔ October - February (or in case of rain) the equipment will only be assembled indoors.

🌞 Between March - September we are happy to allow the equipment outdoors to make the most of the beautiful weather!

Can I make changes to my reseration?

You can make changes to the time or date of your reservation until 72 hours before the originally scheduled time.

Is it possible to cancel a booking?

Bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 72 hours prior to the booking time by sending an email to info@softplay.cz.

Cancellations less than 72 hours before the scheduled rental time will be refunded at 50% of the rental value.

How much space is needed for the equipment?

For small soft play packages we recommend a space of 3m².

For large soft play packages we recommend a space of 4m².
